By accessing and using Get4All ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Get4All is a proxy unrestrictor and debrid utility. We provide a proxy infrastructure that allows users to download files from third-party cyberlockers and file hosting services using our high-bandwidth enterprise accounts.

Important: Get4All does not host, store, or index any files on our servers. All files remain hosted on the respective third-party cyberlockers.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to use the Service to download, distribute, or access any material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass our security measures, rate limits, or automated abuse prevention systems.
• Account sharing or automated scraping of our services without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Get4All provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, speed, or reliability of third-party filehosts. Under no circumstances shall Get4All be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Service.

5. Modifications to Service

Get4All reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We reserve the right to change our list of supported hosts at any time.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
