DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Nature of Our Service

Get4All acts as a technical conduit. Our infrastructure accepts a third-party cyberlocker URL from a user, securely authenticates with that third-party service, and proxies the stream back to the user in real-time. Because no files are permanently stored on our servers, we cannot physically remove or delete files from the internet.

2. DMCA Takedown Requests

If you represent a copyright owner and believe your content is being linked to via our service, you must understand that removing a link from our service will not remove the source file from the internet. To effectively remove your copyrighted material, you must send your DMCA takedown notice directly to the original file host (e.g., Rapidgator, Turbobit, DDownload) where the file is physically stored.

Once the original host removes the file, our users will no longer be able to access it through our proxy service, as the source link will return an error.

3. Automated Link Blocking

While we cannot delete files we do not host, we respect intellectual property rights. If you wish to prevent our service from proxying a specific URL, you may submit a formal request containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact source URL(s) (e.g., the Rapidgator or 1Fichier link) you wish to be blacklisted.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.

4. Submitting a Notice

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Get4All has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyright.
